We begin by safely removing your old AC units. Our team follows strict safety protocols to ensure the removal is done without harm to the environment or your job site.
Step 2
Next, we extract the refrigerant from the systems from our facility. This is a crucial step to ensure we comply with EPA standards and protect the environment from harmful chemicals.
Step 3
Then, we thoroughly clean and process the remaining components of the AC units. We document and record our activity and include it to our manifest. Our records will be processed and shared to the customer and EPA, if necessary. Our goal is to recycle as much material as possible to minimize waste while tracing our steps to avoid regulatory penalties.
Step 4
Finally, the recovered refrigerant is sent to market where the refrigerant is cleaned through a filtration process, tested, and brought back to certified virgin-grade quality for HVAC companies to reuse. Refrigerant is placed back into the system.
